With regional advantages and the needs of huge market demand on both sides of the strait, Gulei petrochemical industrial base uses its imported crude oil, condensate oil, naphtha, and other oil and gas resources to build refining industrial integration, mainly focusing on developing ethylene and aromatic hydrocarbon and chemical new materials, specialty chemicals and other high-end petrochemical products. It formed six big series products. Gulei petrochemical industrial base will be built and completed in installment construction phases. Each phase adopts integration of oil refining, ethylene and aromatics model construction with single series of refining unit size is more than 15 million tons, 1.2 million tons of ethylene and 1 million tons of aromatics, the total scale is 50 million tons/year of refining integration project.
Located at daya bay petrochemical complex, guangdong huizhou port is one of the seven major petrochemical industrial bases in China's 13th five-year plan. Petrochemical, tsuen wan, is now in the port area of new a 5 level ports, including 5 ton, 1-1, 5000 - ton berths, loading and unloading cargo for fuel oil, gasoline, naphtha, diesel fuel and chemicals, including methanol, ethylene glycol, isobutanol, styrene and other 21 kinds of liquid chemicals.
According to“The ring of Huizhou Daya Bay District Industry Special Planning (2014-2030) ", Daya Bay state-level economic and technological development zone is the center surrounded by Huiyang Honghai Industrial Park, Huidong White Orchid Industriral Park. Focusing on developing the varieties of raw material petrochemical industrial chain, and high-end fine chemical industry and the storage and logistics, and make it to become large petrochemical industry cluster. By the end of 2017, the production of petroleum refining, ethylene and aromatic hydrocarbons will reach 22 million tons, 3.5 million tons and 1 million tons respectively. By 2020, the production of petroleum refining, ethylene and aromatic hydrocarbons will reach 40 million tons, 5 million tons and 2 million tons respectively.
