Ms. Gong has 10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions and Initial Public Offerings. She is currently Vice President of Business Development for Canada Potash Corp. and Director of Sahara Energy Ltd. Prior to this, she was Manager of Global Financial Services for Deloitte and worked as Senior Research Analyst for Royal Bank of Canada in Toronto from 2007 to 2012. Ms. Gong also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Mergers & Acquisitions and advised on large scale transactions in various industries including Oil & Gas and Resources.

Mr. David Zhao had been working for the office of Auditor General of China in Beijing, China for many years before he came to Canada in early 90s. From mid 90s to 2005, Mr. Zhao had been working for an import and export company as an accountant, and for a software company as a software engineer and sales executive. Since 2005 Mr. Zhao has been involved in import and export and investment projects in natural resources. Through all those years hard work, Mr. Zhao has not only been well connected to the end users such as power groups, steel groups and refineries in China, but also to the major mining and oil producing companies in Canada, USA, Mexico, Russia, UAE, Australia, Chile, Venezuela, Trinidad and Guyana. Mr. Zhao is an innovative and entrepreneurial executive with solid cross-functional expertise in marketing, strategic planning, growth strategies, brand strategy, brand development, public relations, call center and government relations. He has been recognized to be top producer in the industry.

Mr. Chang holds an MBA degree from University of Southern California. He is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Charterholder and a member of CFA Institute. Mr. Chang has over 15 years of international experience in both financial and energy industry. He has worked with various securities firms and investment companies in both North America and China. From 2005 to 2009, Mr. Chang worked for Great United Petroleum Holding Co. Ltd (GUP) in Beijing as Vice President in charge of overseas investment and M&A. Since March 2010, he has been President of Canadian Royal Potash Inc, President of Canada Potash Corp and Director of two other listed companies in Canada.
