       FLNG Construction Plan

FLNG has all of the equipment to help to speed up export for our group, this is a new concept for the LNG industry.

FLNG is mobile, and can handle gas production, refining, liquefaction, storage and loading and unloading operation on site. It is very efficient and has advantage to move to new production site quickly.

Stewart Energy plans to build or lease a FLNG by the end of 2019, with a production capacity of 3MTPA.

       LNG Receiving Terminal Construction Plan

In order to increase the use of natural gas and receive LNG from overseas, GUPC will build LNG receiving terminals and storage facilities at Yingkou port, Liaoning province, Binzhou port, Shandong province and Zhoushan port, Zhejiang province, China. We will be able to receive 3 million MT LNG after the completion of the first phase construction, and 6 million MT LNG after the second phase construction.

We will build a terminal to receive 266,000 m3 LNG vessel with 6 x 160,000 cubic meters of LNG storage tanks and the corresponding supporting facilities. The land covers an area of 50 hectares, and we are planning to complete the project within three years. The total investment is about 5.6 billion Yuan RMB each terminal.

Natural Gas Power Plants Construction Plan

The investment cost of a proposed natural gas power plant is about 3-4 billion RMB. The natural gas power plant will be equipped with four 9H gas and steam combined cycle power generation systems and the installed capacity of each system is 600MW. The annual demand for LNG is 1.2 million tons. The annual output of a LNG power plant is 13.2 billion kWh with the utilization of a combined cooling-heating-power supply system. The anticipated revenue includes electric power, heating, air conditioning and revenue from carbon transaction market.

The Company plans to newly build, renovate and participate in 30 LNG power plants in the cities such as Liaoning Yingkou city, Zhejiang Zhoushan city, Shandong Binzhou city, Hubei Wuhan city, etc., and 8 gas power plants in other Asian countries.

LNG Gas Stations for Automobile and Vessels

GUPC will invest and build 3500 LNG gas stations with its partners in Chinese coastal cities and inland cities.
