According to improve the pricing mechanism for refined oil, after the recent international market oil price change, considering the current economic situation at home and abroad, the domestic refined oil market supply and demand situation, decided to lower the prices of refined petroleum products. Here are the following information:

The highest supply price of qualified private wholesale enterprises shall be determined at the maximum retail price of 400 yuan. When the market retail price is reduced, the supply price of private wholesale enterprises should be reduced accordingly, and the price difference is not less than 400 yuan. The highest supply price of qualified private wholesale enterprises shall be determined at the maximum retail price of 400 yuan. 3. The highest retail price of gasoline and diesel will be reduced. The price authority of the provinces (district, city) prices shall set the highest wholesale price of non-standard products according to the specified quality ratio. A wholesale enterprise may negotiate a specific wholesale price with a retail enterprise without exceeding the maximum wholesale price.
